"Following in the footsteps of our celebrated Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, Empress 1908’s Elderflower Rose expression pays homage to our home city of Victoria, British Columbia. Lovingly referred to as the ‘City of Gardens’, Victoria’s flowers bloom nearly year-round, offering plenty of inspiration for our distillers. Empress Elderflower Rose Gin is handcrafted in copper pot stills and features a bright floral bouquet of nine unique premium botanicals. Distinguished by its surprisingly understated floral palate complemented by citrus and spice notes and a hint of sweetness, Empress Elderflower Rose Gin brings a taste of our home to your next cocktail creation." —producer
"At its core Mirabeau Gin is a classic Dry Gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. Lemons and Coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and Angelica roots impart floral and earthy tones respectively. Rose Petals, Lavender and Jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend. The various components bring a softness to a classic core, making this gin round enough to be sipped alone. Mirabeau suggests adding a dry vermouth for the perfect Martini or topping with your favourite tonic." —producer

"Born on one of the most prestigious estates in Speyside, Scotland, Tulchan Gin is a ‘London Dry’, super premium spirit rooted in the dramatic Scottish landscape and local traditions, that brings the flavors of Speyside & Scotland to the fore. In addition to the traditional botanicals and typical flavor profile that one would expect to experience in a super-premium gin of the ‘London Dry’ type, Tulchan Gin elevates itself and celebrates its origins by conveying the character of typical Scottish flora, like Heather, and other ‘wild’ botanicals that can be foraged on-site at the Tulchan estate, including Sloe berries, Blackberry leaves and Elder tree flowers, amongst others." —producer

"Perfect for casual get-togethers, Hendrick's Flora Adora Gin is buzzing with an enticing aroma of enchanting flowers and a fresh, herbal character that is classically Hendrick's in style. "Orbium is a reimagining of Hendrick's Gin by our Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie. Instilled with additional extracts of Quinine, Wormwood and Blue Lotus Blossom, the result is an oddly exquisite gin that sits roundly on the palate. The trinity of essences together create a complex gin with surprising brightness and a finish that is uncommonly long. The result is an unfamiliar taste that is oddly familiar in character designed to open up previously unexplored dimensions of gin as it spirals from floral into an altogether deeper and alluringly bitter place." —producer
"Botanicals are the very essence of gin, its reason for being. For this, 'The Botanist', small-batch, artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics — orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc — and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 local botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs, and Atlantic shores of this Hebridean island of Islay. This truly seasonal and exotic cocktail is then slow 'simmer' distilled in our unique and cherished Lomond pot-still, affectionately known by our head distiller Jim McEwan as 'Ugly Betty'. The result: a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance. In an age of re-badged industrial gins, the Botanist stands out as a truly artisanal, small-batch, hand-crafted labour of love and distiller's art. A breath of botanical Islay in every glass." —producer
"Inspired by the invigorating coastal air and the endless mysteries of the sea, Hendrick’s master distiller Ms. Lesley Gracie considered a bold possibility: expressing the glorious sensory delights of the sea, in a gin. And so began Hendrick’s Neptunia. Infused with an exquisite blend of locally sourced coastal botanicals and with a remarkable crisp citrus finish. Our first maritime release, the fresh sea-song notes characteristic of native coastal flora vigorously emboldens Hendrick’s signature combination of cucumber and rose, culminating in an astonishingly crisp citrus finish." —producer
"Hendrick's is distilled in small batches in Ayrshire, Scotland. This "Most Iconoclastic Gin" is infused with Bulgarian roses and cucumbers among many other ingredients to give it a unique aroma and flavor profile. Crystal clear, sprightly, a few legs on swirling, which then become droplets on the side of the glass. Slightly oily appearance to body (sign of quality). More perfume than a regular gin, rose, cucumber, coriander witch hazel and cassia, with citrus and other aromatics adding to the blend. Medium to light body aromatic blend of spices and floral scents, mild tingling on the lips and tongue lingering finish. Very clean distillation. Slight warming burn on the way down. Lingering finish with floral and citrus notes and the smoothness of cucumber is apparent." -producer
