"Combining bright, bold flavors with soft sweetness, Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky as full of delicious sensory contrasts as Tokyo itself. Inspired to capture his experience of Tokyo’s many sensory dimensions and to experiment with rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks for the first time, Dr Bill united Glenmorangie part-aged in Mizunara oak with whisky that had spent time in both sherry and bourbon casks, for a unique limited-edition that’s perfectly balanced with Glenmorangie’s house-style. The whisky fuses notes of pepper with bitter cherries and mouth-watering orange zest with incense and sweet oak – a unique and complex flavour profile resulting from the recipe of Mizunara oak, Bourbon and Sherry casks." —producer
"With each batch carefully made by hand, Aberlour A'bunadh is a unique cask strength whisky that has achieved cult status among whisky connoisseurs. Meaning 'the original' in Gaelic, A'bunadh is made in homage to Aberlour's founder, James Fleming, using only traditional methods without chill filtration or other modern processes. The result is a heavier, creamier single malt than most have ever experienced – memorably flavoursome, with an intense raisin character.
"Deep rich amber colour. Terrific aromas of allspice, praline and spiced orange, in harmony with deep notes of Oloroso Sherry. On the palate, orange, black cherries, dried fruit and ginger, spiked with dark bitter chocolate and enriched with lingering Sherry and oak. Superlatively full bodied and creamy. Robust and long-lasting finish, with bittersweet notes of exotic spices, dark chocolate and oak." —producer
"Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass led the development of the latest release from The Dalmore, the first expression to be finished in hand-selected, rare Pedro Ximénez casks from the House of Gonzalez Byass. The sun-drenched, intense sweetness of the Pedro Ximénez sherry wine adds delicious new layers of flavour and perfectly complements The Dalmore’s house style and rich notes of citrus, liquorice and caramel. With notes of figs, Medjool dates and maple syrup, The Dalmore 14 Year is ideal to cherish and enjoy with others." —producer
"After ceasing production in 2015, The GlenDronach Revival Aged 15 years now returns to the core range of the distillery’s line-up. The expression embodies The GlenDronach’s signature style of Spanish Sherry Cask maturation in fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, quietly growing in stature for 15 years in the darkness of our dunnage warehouses. In flavour, the expression offers sumptuous notes of dark fruits, rich chocolate and manuka honey with an enveloping, memorable finish worthy of this monumental malt’s history. This luxuriously sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and natural in colour." —producer
"They say time and tide wait for no man. On Jura, by contrast, time is stretched by the changing seasons and tempered by its unique microclimate, with each passing year bringing its own riches. Matured for eighteen long years in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and enriched by superior Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux barrels, a unique spirit is created that has truly come of age." —producer
"Aberlour A'bunadh Alba's release marks the first extension of the Aberlour A'bundah line. Like its predecessor, Alba is cask-strength, non-chill filtered, non-age statement. It was exclusively matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks which imparts smooth flavors of apple pie, baking spices and citrus fruit notes." —producer

"When Lagavulin 16 Year Old joined the Classic Malts portfolio in 1989, the belief within owner UD [now Diageo] was that it would be the single malt which only the most dedicated – even crazy – drinker would attempt to conquer. Smoke, it was felt in those early days of single malt, was a step too far for most people. Today, the world has fallen in love with smoke and Lagavulin’s complex mix of seashore and moor, pipe smoke, Lapsang Souchong, bog myrtle, and rich dark fruits is a destination for many." —producer
"Extra-matured in superior French barriques which previously held wines such as those of the Muscat and Sémillion grapes, the delectably rich single malt whisky honours the splendour of the Cadboll Cup. This enigmatic wine cup, which entwines Scottish artistry and mysterious French influences in its design, was treasured for generations at our Highland home, near the Glenmorangie Distillery. That shared heritage is celebrated in a whisky of tempting, dessert-like flavours, which wonderfully hint at the sweet wines of the past that the Cadboll Cup might once have held." —producer
"The distillery is at the heart of Oban - 'Gateway to the Isles'. In effect, the town grew up around the distillery, founded by John and Hugh Stevenson in 1794. Oban's attractive West Highland character reflects its location, revealing aspects of both the Highland and the Island styles. Elegant and glowing, it marries the sea air character of the Island malts to the soft, richly fruity style of the Highlands, creating its own rich tasting West Highland malt. The stills here are among the smallest in Scotland. The cramped nature of the site places severe limits on production, which in turn means that demand for Oban's richly appreciated malt is always likely to exceed supply. Few malts were ever made in the Western Highlands and only two now remain. Oban, like its home, remains their capital." -producer
"After a 14 year maturation period in traditional oak whisky casks, the Balvenie is then transferred to the rum casks, leading to an exceptional Single Malt that exemplifies the signature smooth, honeyed character of the Balvenie, while adding unique notes of toffee and fruit that come from its innovative cask finish." -producer
"This exceptional single malt has matured in a union of ex-Bourbon American oak and sherry seasoned European oak casks. Immerse yourself in a world of flavours, where the essence of fresh pear and almond biscotti takes centre stage. Through a mesmerising catwalk experience, vibrant fabrics and colour choices evoke the freshness of the unique pear tasting note, whilst the flowing texture of a golden gown represents the almond biscotti flavour profile that is revealed with ‘one cut’ of water." —producer
"In the vast wilderness of our island home, it’s easy to lose track of time. But if you stop a moment in that beautiful wilderness and take in the silence, eventually you’ll notice the rhythm of the tide bringing you back. Like the whisky in our casks, it’s an irresistible reminder of time’s power. Matured in American white oak ex bourbon barrels, this whisky is then finished in hand-selected virgin American white oak casks, giving it a sweet, fruity and nutty flavour. This truly special whisky is available worldwide." —producer
"The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old is a balanced single malt whisky created by bringing the perfect harmony of two oaks into one exceptional single malt whisky. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate notes of vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character. Two distinct oaks create the perfect harmony within one exceptional single malt whisky. The Macallan Double Cask whiskies are aged in two types of oak, in specially selected hand-crafted casks seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry. American oak imparts delicate flavours of vanilla, citrus and butterscotch. European oak delivers the unmistakable subtle spice of The Macallan. Once mature for a minimum of 15 years, these two exceptional whiskies unite to create a distinctive single malt with a sweeter, warmer taste and character. Enjoy it neat, over ice or in a serve." —producer
"Cosseted away in the finest, hand-selected oak casks and allowed to mature at its own sedate pace, this is one of the most remarkable, perfectly balanced single malt scotch whiskies of its kind. One of our rarest whiskies, bottles of Bowmore 18 Year Old may be limited, but there's no end to its enjoyment." —producer
"The high ratio of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks selected to create our 18 Year Old give it a unique flavour profile of bursting overripe cherries, bitter dark chocolate, sweet marzipan, floral heather honey, and aromatic peat smoke." —producer
"Aberlour 16-year-old is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and the finest ex-sherry butts. This maturation ensures the depth of character as well as the distinctive fruitiness and spiciness of Aberlour. Rich golden amber colour. Rich, dry scented floral and sweet raisin aromas with spicy nuttiness. Smooth and full on the palate, sweet floral and spicy flavours with a soft plum fruitiness and gentle oakiness. Long, warm, spicy fruitiness on the finish." —producer
"The 18 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky of serious distinction. Once it has spent fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks to spend a further three years maturing. Then, when both elements have reached 18 years, we blend them back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour. For a whisky of this age this expression has maintained, thanks to our delicate floral spirit and fine Oloroso casks, an incredible degree of vibrancy where the raisiny sweetness of the sherry has been toned down by the nuttiness of the American oak." —producer
"Over the course of 18 years our Master Distiller, Alan Winchester, takes this expression through a combination of cask types, including both first and second-fill American oak (for tropical fruitiness) and ex-sherry oak (for spicy complexity). The result of this deft navigation of the distilling arts is a gorgeous single malt that is complex, yet elegant and balanced. The 18 Year Old has won more awards than any other expression; every bottle is a true example of the quality and taste of The Glenlivet. Any bottle deserves pride of place in your cabinet… perhaps to be held back for a fitting occasion? It is, after all, crafted to impress." —producer
"A truly exceptional single malt, the result of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations. We marry our 18 year old in small batches of no more than 150 casks. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish." —producer
"The Dalmore 15 is smooth, rich and well rounded; the epitome of The Dalmore house style. The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, yielding soft vanilla and honey notes. It is then finished in multiple rare Sherry casks, including two available only to The Dalmore distillery. Each Sherry cask gifts the whisky with its own individual characteristics before they're all married back together." —producer
