"The wine is day bright, pale yellow in color with a significant green tinge. The nose is stuffed with Asian Pear, Grapefruit, Granny Smith Apple and fresh cut grass. Additional mineral notes of river rock with white flower that speaks of hibiscus. In the mouth comes brilliant acidity which hold up the flavors we find on the nose with the addition of orange flower water and very ripe fig on the persistent finish." —winemaker
