"Pale and vibrant in color. The Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is fresh, clean and screaming with racy acidity. On the palate it is fresh and tightly wound; acidity is tempered by very subtle residual sugar; very clean; alive, racy, youthful. Overall, a dry and elegant wine." —winemaker

It is dry, fresh and full of aromas of citrus (grapefruit), exotic fruits (passion fruit, pineapple), flint and with a little vegetal (grass cut). The finish is of medium length. It is a very good wine, to drink now or to keep a maximum of 5 years to preserve the fruitiness of the wine.
