"Deep ruby-red in color, with very delicate aromas, where ripe red berries dominate, including strawberry, red plum, and sarsaparilla, as well as cassis liqueur and cherry syrup. From its time spent aging in oak, there are notes of tobacco, caramel, and mocha, all very well balanced with the fruity profile. The tannins are very smooth, in accordance with the purity of the aromas. The wine is vibrant and broad, but balanced at the same time, showing complexity and a very long finish." —winemaker
