"Following in the footsteps of our celebrated Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, Empress 1908’s Elderflower Rose expression pays homage to our home city of Victoria, British Columbia. Lovingly referred to as the ‘City of Gardens’, Victoria’s flowers bloom nearly year-round, offering plenty of inspiration for our distillers. Empress Elderflower Rose Gin is handcrafted in copper pot stills and features a bright floral bouquet of nine unique premium botanicals. Distinguished by its surprisingly understated floral palate complemented by citrus and spice notes and a hint of sweetness, Empress Elderflower Rose Gin brings a taste of our home to your next cocktail creation." —producer
"At its core Mirabeau Gin is a classic Dry Gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. Lemons and Coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and Angelica roots impart floral and earthy tones respectively. Rose Petals, Lavender and Jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend. The various components bring a softness to a classic core, making this gin round enough to be sipped alone. Mirabeau suggests adding a dry vermouth for the perfect Martini or topping with your favourite tonic." —producer
"Perfect for casual get-togethers, Hendrick's Flora Adora Gin is buzzing with an enticing aroma of enchanting flowers and a fresh, herbal character that is classically Hendrick's in style. The juniper and coriander backbone is lengthened by lush green and wonderfully sweet floral characteristics, creating a wonderfully balanced gin." —producer
"Hendrick's is distilled in small batches in Ayrshire, Scotland. This 'Most Iconoclastic Gin' is infused with Bulgarian roses and cucumbers among many other ingredients to give it a unique aroma and flavor profile. Crystal clear, sprightly, a few legs on swirling, which then become droplets on the side of the glass. Slightly oily appearance to body (sign of quality). More perfume than a regular gin, rose, cucumber, coriander witch hazel and cassia, with citrus and other aromatics adding to the blend. Medium to light body aromatic blend of spices and floral scents, mild tingling on the lips and tongue lingering finish. Very clean distillation. Slight warming burn on the way down. Lingering finish with floral and citrus notes and the smoothness of cucumber is apparent." -producer
"Handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills, Empress 1908 Gin is a collaboration between Victoria Distillers and the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. On top of traditional botanicals, we add a signature blend of black tea served at the Empress Hotel and butterfly pea blossom, an exotic herb that balances the traditional citrus notes of gin with a warm herbal earthiness, and gives the gin its natural indigo colour. Empress 1908’s combination of exquisite taste, delicate aroma, soft texture, and remarkable presentation provide the perfect base for a new aesthetic of cocktail creation and enjoyment." —producer
"We are passionate about producing the finest gin possible; which is why the creation of Bombay Sapphire is truly unique. Whilst ordinary gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavour, the taste of Bombay Sapphire is created through the Vapour Infusion process. The 10 precious botanicals used in our gin are held separate from the spirit in perforated copper baskets, and when the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are released. The result? A complex aromatic liquid that delivers a broader, more balanced flavour." —producer
"Born on one of the most prestigious estates in Speyside, Scotland, Tulchan Gin is a ‘London Dry’, super premium spirit rooted in the dramatic Scottish landscape and local traditions, that brings the flavors of Speyside & Scotland to the fore. In addition to the traditional botanicals and typical flavor profile that one would expect to experience in a super-premium gin of the ‘London Dry’ type, Tulchan Gin elevates itself and celebrates its origins by conveying the character of typical Scottish flora, like Heather, and other ‘wild’ botanicals that can be foraged on-site at the Tulchan estate, including Sloe berries, Blackberry leaves and Elder tree flowers, amongst others." —producer
"Brockmans is like no other gin. For gin enthusiasts it is a revelation, for gin novices it is about discovering an unexpected individual taste. It stands proudly alone from the many other types of gin due to the unique recipe of exquisite botanicals and the patient steeping distillation process. Where the more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild blackberries and blueberries. This creates an intensely smooth gin taste that is sensual and daringly different." —producer
"Based on a 180-year-old recipe, Tanqueray London Dry is widely acknowledged as the benchmark gin. A blend of the purest four-times-distilled spirit and a hand picked selection of four botanicals, London Dry Gin offers uniquely balanced gin experience. Said to have been Frank Sinatra's preferred gin, London Dry's edge and sophistication have long made it a favourite with the stars in fashion, film and music. Tanqueray's iconic bottle design is a contemporary update of the original 1948 design, which in turn, was inspired by the shape of a classic cocktail shaker. The famous Tanqueray family crest embossed on the glass of each bottle features a pineapple, a historic symbol of hospitality and warm welcome." —producer
"Our London Dry Gin was born out of a desire to see gin production return to the city where it earned its name. With a nod to traditional hand crafted production, our gin combines traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn't look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller." —producer
"Orbium is a reimagining of Hendrick's Gin by our Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie. Instilled with additional extracts of Quinine, Wormwood and Blue Lotus Blossom, the result is an oddly exquisite gin that sits roundly on the palate. The trinity of essences together create a complex gin with surprising brightness and a finish that is uncommonly long. The result is an unfamiliar taste that is oddly familiar in character designed to open up previously unexplored dimensions of gin as it spirals from floral into an altogether deeper and alluringly bitter place." —producer
