"Booker’s Bourbon is a rare barrel-strength bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered. But you obviously know a good bit about bourbon, because you don’t end up here by mistake. We don’t advertise. We don’t do social media. We just do bourbon. We focus on the sweet spot. The center of the rackhouse where the temperature and humidity stars align to create the deepest and most intense flavors. Once it’s aged to perfection, which always varies, the liquid is bottled uncut and unfiltered. We don’t add, we don’t water down, and we don’t apologize for it. For some people, it may be too much. But for true bourbon fans, it’s probably the best ever." —producer
"Introducing Jefferson’s Tropics Aged in Humidity, a premium Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that has been expertly crafted and finished in the unique climate of Singapore. This exceptional whiskey is made from the finest ingredients, and its journey begins in Kentucky, where it is aged in oak barrels until it reaches its full maturity.
"Once the whiskey reached maturity in Kentucky, it embarked on a journey to Singapore, where it was finished in a climate of unrelenting equatorial heat and humidity. This tropical climate is renowned for its ability to accelerate the maturation process of spirits, and the result is a complex and flavorful whiskey with a unique character." —producer
"Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon is the first American whiskey to be aged in the centuries-old Solera method used traditionally to create exceptional Sherries, Ports, Madeiras, and Cognacs. Recognized internationally, the award winning whiskey is finished in 20 year old Oloroso Sherry casks which give the Bourbon floral notes layered with fig, roasted walnuts, candied fruit and spicy rye. Solera aging involves a pyramid of barrels where a small portion of whiskey is removed periodically from the lowest tier of barrels and an equal measure of new whiskey is added to the top barrels. No barrel in the Solera is ever emptied, and over time, the older whiskey in the Solera mingles with younger whiskies to create unmatched depth and complexity." —producer
"Sweet nose with caramel and vanilla, slightly floral and fruity. Sweet yet slightly spicy from the rye, it has notes of brown sugar, maple syrup, rock candy and toffee. Spicy notes include clove and cinnamon. Well-balanced with roasted corn, toast and raisin. Sherry finishing adds flavors of walnut, fig and candied fruit. Finish is medium-long with notes of sweet caramel and butterscotch." —producer
After aging in Hillrock's Solera and Oloroso Sherry casks, this unique American whiskey was then finished in fine Shea Vineyard Willamette Valley Pinot Noir wine casks. The multi-barrel aging of this copper/amber whiskey with slight chestnut hues offers a nose full of bright red fruit (ripe cherries, blackberry and plums) and sweet desserts (taffy, crème brûlée, creamy caramel and candied almonds). Warm vanilla and cherries — with sweet notes of toffee and French oak complimented by a bouquet of floral and fruity notes — complete the palate before leading to lingering rye spice, dried plums, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla flavors.
"This rare whiskey was bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft." —producer
"A wickedly smooth take on a classic American spirit. Our award-winning Devil’s Share Bourbon Whiskey is a celebration of history and a study in authenticity. We select only the heart of each small batch and age our bourbon in virgin, heavily charred American oak barrels. The result is an exceptionally refined spirit rich with aromas of cinnamon, tobacco, oak and vanilla. Its robust, earthy flavor carries hints of caramel and vanilla cream to a lingering spicy finish. This bourbon is not defined by geography, but by taste." —producer
"Kentucky Owl Confiscated pays tribute to the barrels seized from the Kentucky Owl distillery before prohibition. On the nose, you’ll experience hints of peach, mature oak, vanilla, and tobacco with aromas of cardamom. The palate fills with spicy oak, peaches and cream, and cinnamon butter while the finish offers herbal notes and lots of spice, rounded off by nutmeg." —producer
