"A heady white mousse shows good hold over a very pale straw green tinged base wine with a very fine bead showing good persistence. Lifted pear and green to red apple aromas intermix with citrusy sherbet like notes and a faint whiff of baked fruits. Its natural ingredients are grown in the Venetian countryside; the delicate white peaches are handpicked when fruit is perfectly ripe, so as to maximize concentration of sugar and aromas. A classic aperitif, its inebriating peach fragrance is best enjoyed quite cool, even slightly chilled.
