"A distinctly bold bourbon with rich flavor unleashed from deep inside the barrel wood. Full-bodied with intense oak and vanilla notes. Long, smooth, with a hint of sweetness." —producer
"This truly small-batch bourbon starts with traditionally grown corn, rye and malted barley. All of our staple grains are cultivated exclusively for us on the Omlin Family farm in Quincy, Washington. The grains are mashed, distilled, and barreled in our Woodinville™ distillery, then trucked back over the Cascade Mountains to our private barrel houses, where Central Washington’s extreme temperature cycles promote the extraction of natural flavors from the oak. Prior to being coopered, the barrel wood is seasoned in open air, rain, wind, sun, and snow for eighteen months, softening the wood’s harsh tannins. The barrels are then slowly toasted and heavily charred to further enrich the wood’s desirable flavors. This meticulous process yields a truly hand-crafted spirit with aromas of crème brûlée and spice cabinet, as well as notes of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean on the palate with a sweet, lingering finish." —producer
"Cleveland Whiskey’s Wheat Penny 1958 Bourbon is our first wheated bourbon and it’s finished with black cherry and toasted oak. Why 1958? 1958 was the last year of the wheat penny. It was the year the World’s Fair featured an electronic computer that demonstrated a knowledge of history. It was the year NASA was created and microchip was invented. The world didn’t know it yet but limits on what we could achieve were being eliminated. We can relate to that.
"Wood fired oven right off the bat on the nose. Notes of tobacco, cedar, with a touch of campfire toasted marshmallow and apple crisp. On the palate sweet and savory up front, like salted caramel. Notes of clove and cinnamon with subtle mesquite smoke in the background that lingers well into the finish." —producer
"Our unique mash bill of corn, winter wheat and malted barley results in a flavorful, well-rounded bourbon with the wheat lending additional softness in character and approachability. After being aged for a minimum of five years, our expert blender hand selects each barrel, creating a perfectly balanced blend." —producer
"Iron Smoke is sweet to the nose with a unique smooth full-bodied flavor with the rich deepness of oak throughout the pallet and a subtle warm apple wood smoke finish." —producer
"A truly original bourbon, complements of a truly original bootlegger. George Remus Bourbon captures the rebellious spirit of the Prohibition era with a hint of vanilla, a maple aroma and a sweet-yet-characteristic rye flavor." —producer
