"For this exceptional Kentucky bourbon, we meticulously blend each small batch to create its distinctive flavor profile. Ascension is a blend of two bourbons: whiskey produced at Six Mile Distillery in Pleasureville, KY (now known as Heaven's Door Distillery), and whiskey sourced from elsewhere in Kentucky. It was aged for at least five years, it’s non-chill filtered, and bottled at 92 proof. Tasting notes include caramel, vanilla, and baking spice on the palate, with a nose full of popcorn and dried fruit." —producer

"There’s no faking full bourbon flavor. It has to be earned. So that’s what we do in Clermont: we earn it. We start by selecting the finest grains. And we finish by meticulously aging our whiskey in white oak barrels with maximum char, for an unmistakable richness and signature sweetness. It’s the natural way. And there’s just no cheating nature." —producer
"No two barrels of bourbon are the same. Their placement in the warehouse, every change in the weather and every day of aging shapes their distinctive notes and flavors. So while most bourbons are made by batching multiple barrels together to create a consistent flavor. Baker's takes a different approach - no batching, no mixing, just one uncompromised barrel per bottle. The result is a true bourbon lover's bourbon. Made for those who enjoy the unique and subtle differences between one barrel and the next. Because at the end of the day, that's what a single-barrel bourbon is all about." —producer
"The latest permanent release from Basil Hayden consists of an entirely new brown rice mashbill and a secondary finish in toasted barrels. The result is a bourbon with less spice, and deepened notes of sweet caramel with a bright, light mouthfeel." —producer
"Like the accomplished third President of the US, this bourbon is complex, elegant, and sophisticated. Jefferson's Reserve is allowed to age slowly and reach maturity naturally. The whisky has a medium-weight, velvety textured body and a dry, robust palate, one that quickly fills the mouth with the engaging flavors of roasted corn, caramel, toffee and oak. On the nose, aromas of peaches, vanilla, raisins, butterscotch. An elegant combination of flavors, a very thick body, almost syrupy sweetness, suggesting vanilla and caramel, yet very fruity with hints of dates, blackberry and orange. The finish is long, warm and smooth like a fine cognac." —producer
"Not only one of the world’s top bourbons, Lusty Claw is one of the world’s best whiskeys. Hand crafted and bottled under Master supervison gives Lusty Claw the complexity of caramel, honey and vanilla as it coats your palate followed by a legendary finish. Lusty Claw is best served neat or with a splash of water." —producer
"Michter’s US 1 Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection, with barrels often aging in excess of eight years. Truly “small batch,” each batch of our US 1 Bourbon is typically composed of no more than two dozen barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter’s US 1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, mellow, and earthy." —producer

"Booker’s Bourbon is a rare barrel-strength bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered. But you obviously know a good bit about bourbon, because you don’t end up here by mistake. We don’t advertise. We don’t do social media. We just do bourbon. We focus on the sweet spot. The center of the rackhouse where the temperature and humidity stars align to create the deepest and most intense flavors. Once it’s aged to perfection, which always varies, the liquid is bottled uncut and unfiltered. We don’t add, we don’t water down, and we don’t apologize for it. For some people, it may be too much. But for true bourbon fans, it’s probably the best ever." —producer
"Introducing Jefferson’s Tropics Aged in Humidity, a premium Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that has been expertly crafted and finished in the unique climate of Singapore. This exceptional whiskey is made from the finest ingredients, and its journey begins in Kentucky, where it is aged in oak barrels until it reaches its full maturity.
"Once the whiskey reached maturity in Kentucky, it embarked on a journey to Singapore, where it was finished in a climate of unrelenting equatorial heat and humidity. This tropical climate is renowned for its ability to accelerate the maturation process of spirits, and the result is a complex and flavorful whiskey with a unique character." —producer
"Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon is the first American whiskey to be aged in the centuries-old Solera method used traditionally to create exceptional Sherries, Ports, Madeiras, and Cognacs. Recognized internationally, the award winning whiskey is finished in 20 year old Oloroso Sherry casks which give the Bourbon floral notes layered with fig, roasted walnuts, candied fruit and spicy rye. Solera aging involves a pyramid of barrels where a small portion of whiskey is removed periodically from the lowest tier of barrels and an equal measure of new whiskey is added to the top barrels. No barrel in the Solera is ever emptied, and over time, the older whiskey in the Solera mingles with younger whiskies to create unmatched depth and complexity." —producer
"Sweet nose with caramel and vanilla, slightly floral and fruity. Sweet yet slightly spicy from the rye, it has notes of brown sugar, maple syrup, rock candy and toffee. Spicy notes include clove and cinnamon. Well-balanced with roasted corn, toast and raisin. Sherry finishing adds flavors of walnut, fig and candied fruit. Finish is medium-long with notes of sweet caramel and butterscotch." —producer
"Our Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon is inspired by the wife of our founder, Kaveh Zamanian. Elegant, sweet, and charming, she is the muse behind our brand. A Louisville native, she helped Kaveh fall in love with bourbon, luring him away from his beloved scotch. This simple act of affection evolved into a passion for creating whiskey and led him down a rabbit hole he may have never dared alone." —producer
After aging in Hillrock's Solera and Oloroso Sherry casks, this unique American whiskey was then finished in fine Shea Vineyard Willamette Valley Pinot Noir wine casks. The multi-barrel aging of this copper/amber whiskey with slight chestnut hues offers a nose full of bright red fruit (ripe cherries, blackberry and plums) and sweet desserts (taffy, crème brûlée, creamy caramel and candied almonds). Warm vanilla and cherries — with sweet notes of toffee and French oak complimented by a bouquet of floral and fruity notes — complete the palate before leading to lingering rye spice, dried plums, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla flavors.
"This rare whiskey was bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft." —producer
"Jefferson Bourbon’s Master Distiller Trey Zoeller is a huge fan of the Upper Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wines from the Pritchard Hill region of California. So for this limited edition whiskey, Trey worked with with Cyril Chappellet of the Chappellet Estate Winery – known for establishing this area of Napa Valley – using their wine casks to age this bourbon. The method used here was a twin wood aging process, incorporating a blend of three complex, elegant and sophisticated bourbons that were aged in new American Oak barrels, and then finishing them in French Oak casks that once held Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon from the high elevation, rocky slopes of the Chappellet vineyard in St. Helena, Napa Valley. This, Trey says, contributes aromas of blackberry, black cherry, licorice, dark chocolate and a lush sweetness to the bourbon." —producer
"Inspired by the original Jefferson's Ocean, which was new-filled bourbon barrels, the Jefferson's Ocean: Aged at Sea takes older bourbon barrels and brings it around the world. Stopping in 5 different continents and crossing the equator 4 times, this bourbon truly is a world beater." —producer
