"Dominus Estate is the Napa Valley property of Bordeaux producer Christian Moueix. The wine is bottled from the historic Napanook Vineyard. Located at the foothills of the Mayacamas, the vineyard was planted in 1838 and continues to evolve under the stewardship of Christian Moueix. The estate’s Bordeaux varietals benefit from the Yountville microclimate where temperatures are moderated by cool breezes from the San Pablo Bay. The resulting wine is a uniquely refined expression of this special terroir." —winemaker
"Very light pink, peach skin clear as a classic “Provencal Pink.” Intense and inviting aromas of freshly-picked fruit, strolling through a flower garden. Scents of ripe pineapple, fresh pear and strawberry meet hints of sweet French confections. From the first taste it is zippy, fresh and crisp across the tongue. The beautiful acidity is met by fresh red and tropical fruits that balance with a clean finish. This dry, classic Rosé is wonderfully balanced." —winemaker
"The delicate nose unfolds in swaths of color. The green of eucalyptus, mint and vetiver, the yellow-orange of mirabelle plums, apricot and orange blossom, the brown of pepper, cardamom and licorice sticks, and finally silvery saline and toasty hues. The mouthfeel is elegant, expressing luxuriant simplicity and precision. The attack is enveloping and ethereal. The refined and silky foundation becomes more pronounced at the heart. The finish is dominated by a salinity that leaves a deep sensation of consistency." —winemaker
"La Grande Dame pays tribute to Madame Clicquot. She used to say "Our black grapes give the finest white wines". The Glory of Pinot Noir. La Grande Dame 2015 respects Madame Clicquot's vision of Pinot Noir, which is about 90% since 2008, using historical Grand Crus. Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2015 offers floral notes (acacia, jasmine) alongside white fruits (Granny Smith apple, pear), citrus notes (grapefruit, clementine, lemon zest), and white pepper, ginger, chalk, and stones." —winemaker
"The 2022 Far Niente Chardonnay is richly aromatic with bright notes of citrus, melon, and pear. These same enchanting notes continue onto the palate with a silky entry that slowly builds to a long finish with lingering citrus. Crisp minerality and juicy acidity lift and support the generous fruit and provide the framework for graceful aging." —winemaker
After aging in Hillrock's Solera and Oloroso Sherry casks, this unique American whiskey was then finished in fine Shea Vineyard Willamette Valley Pinot Noir wine casks. The multi-barrel aging of this copper/amber whiskey with slight chestnut hues offers a nose full of bright red fruit (ripe cherries, blackberry and plums) and sweet desserts (taffy, crème brûlée, creamy caramel and candied almonds). Warm vanilla and cherries — with sweet notes of toffee and French oak complimented by a bouquet of floral and fruity notes — complete the palate before leading to lingering rye spice, dried plums, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla flavors.
"The palate is lifted and bright, the finish is polished and long, and the wine skips over any heaviness on the mid-palate. The bouquet is especially intriguing with a very lively plummy fruit element that is enhanced by baker's chocolate, pepper spice, iron ore, caramel and pie crust. There is also a green character that adds positively to the bouquet with aniseed, tea leaf, soya, menthol rub and black olive. The fruit maturity is spot-on with no elements that feel over or underripe." —winemaker
"Rich aromas of ripe black cherry, Mission fig, and dark chocolate mingle with a spice box of clove and nutmeg. The palate is filled with flavors of juicy blackberry and boysenberry that are enveloped in silky tannins, showing complexity beyond its years. Enticing flavors of fresh vanilla bean and hazelnut carry through a velvety richness that lingers on the finish. Enjoy now after decanting for 45 minutes or cellar through 2038." —winemaker
"Pure and powerful, this wine opens with fresh blueberries, blackberry pie and cassis. The endless dark fruit is complemented by a range of baking spices: vanilla at first, but also clove and cinnamon. The first sip instantly reveals the character of this Cabernet: dense and chewy with bright red fruit, incredible tension and pure, fine grain tannins. Not only is everything in its place; but the layers of flavor, the depth of the fruit and the sublime texture are constantly rearranging. Each glass will be a unique experience. In contrast to the dynamic palate, the finish is focused and stout. Abundant cocoa, espresso bean and black pepper dovetail into dark, black fruit while tart raspberry and strawberry jam linger." —winemaker

"For authentic Irish drinks, one need look no farther than Bunratty Meade Honey Wine, made from white wine with honey and herbs. The drink of ancient Gauls and Anglo Saxons, Mead was originally made by monks centuries ago from fermented honey and water. Mead soon made its way into the courts of the Four Kings of Ireland and no banquet was complete without it.
"This honey-based drink was said to possess powers of virility and fertility, and it became custom for a bride and groom to drink mead for one full moon after their wedding, giving birth to the word 'honeymoon.' In Ireland today, it is still tradition to toast the bride and groom with a glass of Meade when they depart on their honeymoon from the wedding feast.
"Bunratty Meade Honey Wine is superb when chilled and served over ice. A mixture of wine, honey, and herbs, Meade is a completely authentic Irish drink." —winemaker

"A tad lighter and less effervescent than Champagne, Villa Jolanda charms everyone who raises a glass with its delicate fizz and gossamer puffs of pink grapefruit and white peach. Served throughout the Veneto as an elegant aperitivo, it's also the traditional base wine for bellinis." —winemaker
"Created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870 for his circle of friends, X.O was born at a turning point in history and introduced a new style of cognac: bold, rich and complex. The 100 eaux-de-vie assembled to create X.O were aged for a long time – some for 30 years – to give an unparalleled robustness. Maurice Hennessy gave the name X.O to this unique 'extra old' cognac. Its intense and deep amber color is a sign of its strength. Its flavors of candied fruit and its subtle and lightly spicy nose create a complete harmony: a mark of its roundness. To taste, a smooth, full sensation gives a simultaneously powerful and soft tonality with a hint of cocoa and a warm fruity presence. The long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long aging process." —producer
"The color is an elegant golden straw yellow with amber highlights. Its aromas are radiant, revealing bright yellow-fleshed fruits (apple, pear, yellow peach), honey, floral nuances (lime blossom) and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts). The palate is seductive, richly flavorful and smooth combining generosity and subtlety, fullness and vigor, followed by a delicately fresh crispiness (fruit with seeds), to reveal the magical balance of Champagne." —winemaker
